About US

The company
We are Rachel and Sophie, two women based in Basel Switzerland. Initially we talked about Dutch men and chased our young children - until we discovered our mutual love affair with fashion. Being style advisers for a broad group of friends already, we realized how much we enjoyed helping people to feel confident in what they wear. One evening over cocktails in Sophie's kitchen sparked the idea of making a business out of our passion - StyleMixers was born!

Our Style...

How would you describe your personal style?
Sophie: Soft and pretty and a little rough around the edges.
Rachel: It's a mix of classic and modern with a bit of of the unexpected.

What does your closet look like?
Sophie: Full! And always different as I change it by color or season to stay inspired.
Rachel: Heaven for my little girls. Next to pencil skirts and blouses they find lots of chunky sparkly jewelry begging to be put on and sky scraper heels that they teeter in.

Most loved item in your closet?
Sophie: My dresses! And anything with a good ruffle on it.
Rachel: My burgeoning collection of red soles.

Are you planning a photo shoot, maybe with our favorite Basel photographer Claire Pearson, and not sure what to wear or how to pull your look together.

We'd love to help put together outfits for you or your family that speak to who you are, allowing you to feel your best with the least amount of stress. We will help you decide on a color palette that reflects your life and go from there! We can make recommendations based on what you already own, or if you are planning to make new purchases we are happy to help with that.
